It enables IT teams to query, diagnose, and remediate issues across large fleets in seconds, while collecting telemetry that powers digital employee experience insights. The agent executes authorized instructions, supports policy enforcement and self-healing, and is designed to be lightweight and secure with encrypted communications. Typical use cases include rapid incident response, inventory and compliance checks, and automation of routine fixes. The agent is centrally managed from the 1E console, deployable through standard software distribution tools, and intended for 64-bit Windows environments. Requires a licensed 1E backend (Tachyon/1E Platform).
